How you can add these skins to your vlc media player. Just following these simple steps:-

First download your favourite skin from VLC SITE.

Now add .vlt files to C:\PROGRAM FILES:\VIDEO LAN :\SKINS

Now open your vlc player

Click on tools menu bar

Go to preferences

In interface section click on USE CUSTOME SKINS and browse the .vlt skins and you will done it,
