If you are searching for a good phone under 5,000 rupees budget, then I recommend you Nokia X2-01 which I personally using, the phone is super cool according to the price. X2-01 has Home Screen which let you the reach of all the shortcuts to favorite applications, your favorite contacts and the you can login to your favorite communities like facebook, twitter and orkut.
Nokia X2-01 is a full QWERTY Phone, so the chatting, Messaging and Social Networking experience become better. The phone has push mail option, which always connect with your Emails, even if you are not connected to internet.
