Ok, then I suggest you buy BSNL Penta, I suggesting you BSNL Penta, because I personally use this, and have good experience as its my first android tablet.
I am not a heavy user, like Gaming, HD videos watcher, I just buy this tab for my study purposes and ofcourse, from many of you wants an android tab for educational purposes or for fun. But, yes all the heavy games like racing games, temple run working very well in the Penta tab. For Students, Features like Document readers, Educational Android Apps and other android apps, you can download free games and application from Google Play Store.

If you buy Aakash tablet, it costs you around 3000 to 3500, but if you buy BSNL Penta IS701C, it cost me 5000 rupees, I bought from flipkart, so there were no shipping charges at all, and they provide Cash on Delivery option, so you can pay them, when you will get your BSNL Tab in Your hands at your home.
And, I think now the price of penta tab is also decreases as I checked on other websites. So, you can decide at your own, whether you will go for Aakash or Bsnl Penta. You can also look up to Micromax Funbook P300 as the budget is around 8,000 rupees in india, but they gives you Calling and SIM option too. So, this would be a great choice.
