Virgin recently increases the prices of GPRS Packs like 96 rs in which earlier users got 4 GB data for 1 month and now they reduces the data limits from 4 GB to 1GB. Now for 3 GB data you have to pay 249 Rs and 125 Rs for 1.25 GB data.
