In October month, when Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) released their data, there was 671 million users recorded by total of all GSM telecom operators, but when COAI released their November 2012 data, there is massive decrease in number of subscribers of more than 9 million users, which is 1.34 percent.
Alone Airtel, Idea and Vodafone lost 6.74 million users in the month of November, the main reason for decreasing the number is to INACTIVE the old SIM’s which are not in use from 60 or more days. All the telecom companies started disconnection of inactive SIM’s.
