Now IDEA Cellular announced that on black out days, means day on which people celebrate festivals, now calling rate would be of 2 Rupees per minute starting from 2013. Previously, only SMS charges are extended, but now they start with the Calls also.
So, if you are a IDEA user, this will increase the weight on your pocket expenses. On black out days like new year, diwali, people sends SMS to their relatives and friends for wishing them. But, if these call charges of 2 Rupees per minute will implemented, consumer have to faces more expenses on their mobiles phone.
But, many circles in india, this Idea call charges extension is not applicable like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Tamilnadu and Gujrat Circle.

Now after, taking this step, other telecom companies like Airtel, Vodafone, Docomo also take step like this, and all the mobile users face this more expenses problem on blackout days in India from 2013.
